KINABATANGAN: Two men were injured in a car accident involving a Toyota Avanza and a Mitsubishi Triton at Mile 9 here yesterday.
The Fire and Rescue Department revealed that they received a report about the accident at 7.42am and despatched its personnel to the scene at 7.55am.
The driver of the Avanza, identified as Eddy Samsudin, was trapped in the car before the public pulled him out.
Another victim, Johari Muhammad, suffered serious leg injuries. Both victims were sent to the hospital.
