KUCHING: Naim Holdings Bhd was adjudged the winner of the Malaysia Property Insight Prestigious Developer Awards (PIPDA) 2015 in the ‘Outstanding Developer – East Malaysia’ category.

According to a statement yesterday, PIPDA, which brings together the crème de la crème of Malaysia’s property development industry, acknowledges and highlights the quality developments of some of Malaysia’s best and their landmark projects which shape the landscape of Malaysia’s nation building and development progress.

In attendance were Naim’s hairman Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed Sepawi, group managing director Datuk Hasmi Hasnan, board members and senior management staff.

Representing Naim to receive the prestigious award was its deputy managing director Christina Wong.

Hasmi said the award was a testimony of Naim’s efforts and contributions in the industry, made possible by its team members, customers and stakeholders.

“We are honoured with the award and thank all our customers, stakeholders and the Naim team in making Naim what we are today.

“For our team, the award was a wonderful acknowledgement of our work, and more important, it instils in us, a need to continuously improve so that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations,” Hasmi remarked.

Meanwhile, Wong added that Naim will continue to build products of quality for the people and be the community’s partner towards achieving its desired lifestyle.

“In addition to enhancing value to our property customers, we are constantly improving our services, focusing on aspects which matter to our customers. Our recent developments such as the Kuching Paragon, Bintulu Paragon and SouthLake Permyjaya, Miri, which focus security and offer a different live, work and play experience, are reflective of our quest in constantly raising the bar for the community.

“More importantly, as we are also property owners individually, what matters to our customers, matters to us as well. We share our customers’ values, and these are the values which guide us in our property operations now, and in the future,” Wong remarked.
