BANJARMASIN, South Kalimantan: Water Police Unit (Satpolair) of Banjarmasin City Police arrested four actors of theft in tuqboat MBS 183 being mooring in the waters of Martapura River, Antaranews reported.
“When in action, they were intercepted by Satpolair members who were patrolling in the area of Martapura River,” said the Satpolair chief AKP Untung Widodo here on Monday.
At the time the two actors were on a small boat, klotok, tried to escape, so they were chased. However, due to the agile of water police in the waters they finally nabbed with evidence of their criminal proceeds.
They were arrested on Sunday (28/6) 03.00. Both are known as Toni (26) and Amir (36), resident of Jl Antasan Bondan, West Banjarmasin.
After interrogation, they admitted there were still two other actors involved in the theft in the tuqboat. They were the night guards in in the harbor of the company, where the tuqboat mooring.
Water police sprang into action and not a few long nights the two guards PT MBSS were captured.
