KUALA LUMPUR: Muslims in the country should be grateful for being able to enjoy the breaking-fast meals with their families throughout the holy month of Ramadan compared to the security forces personnel entrusted to safeguard the country, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
The prime minister said that was also the reason why they should not forget the security forces personnel who were always in the front line in preserving peace and protecting the country.
“Let us be grateful for being able to enjoy breaking-fast meals with our families in this holy month of Ramadan.
“At the same time, let us not forget the members of security forces and medical team who are on duty in the front line. They are making sacrifices for the wellbeing of us all,” he posted in his Facebook page on Wednesday — BERNAMA
