BRUNEI-MUARA: The Ministry of Communications (MinComm) and the departments under it yesterday hosted a Nuzul Al-Quran celebration with a special talk titled “Al-Quran, Healer and Blessing” which was delivered by Awang Shahruddin bin Haji Patra, an Islamic Da’wah Centre Officer, ©BRUDIRECT.COM reporte.
Present at the ceremony held at the ministry’s Amar Pahlawan Hall was the Minister of Communications, Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Hamzah Pahlawan Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Abdullah bin Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Haji Bakar.
The ceremony ran concurrently with the presentation of donations to 42 orphans of the Ministry Communication’s staff by the guest of honour. Also present was Awang Mohd Riza Bin Dato Paduka Haji Mohammad Yunos, the Acting Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Communications, directors, heads of department, senior officers, officers and staff of the ministry and its department.
