The state leader attended a series of briefings yesterday soon after paying a courtesy call on Singapore’s National Development Minister Khaw Boon Wan at his office in URA Centre.

The state delegates were briefed on ‘Centre of Liveable Cities’ by its executive director Khoo Teng Chye, followed by sessions on ‘Urban Renewal Authority’ as well as the republic’s Housing and Development Board (HOB).

Adenan’s entourage later toured the HOB hub at Toa Payoh. The chief minister was accompanied by Housing Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg, Second Resource Planning and Environment Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, State Secretary Tan Sri Datuk Amar Morshidi Abdul Ghani, Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) Datuk Bandar Datuk Abang Wahab Abang Julai, Kuching South City Hall (MBKS) Mayor Dato James Chan and Padawan Municipal Council (MPP) chairman Lo Khere Chiang.
