SIBU: A man was found dead in a drain at 7am today along Tekam Road by a resident who saw part of his hand protruding from the water.
The resident had heard people quarrelling at 5am by the drain and thought they were fishing there as it was a common fishing spot.
Police did not find any identification on the victim except a passport photo believed to be of the deceased.
