MIRI: A woman in her 40’s suffered minor injuries to her chest after the car that she was travelling in with her son collided with another vehicle at an intersection along Dato Sri Joseph Balan Seling Road yesterday.
In the 9am incident, the victim and her son were heading towards the city centre when a car travelling in the opposite direction crashed into them.
According to preliminary investigations, the vehicle that crashed into the victim’s car had failed to stop at a traffic light.
The impact pushed the victim’s car into the middle of the intersection.
The injured woman was then transported to the Miri Hospital for treatment by ambulance.
