Vehicle clubs take part in Merdeka convoy

LABUAN: A total of 201 vehicles from various different make took part in the recent Merdeka Convoy 2015 around Labuan in conjunction with the National Day Celebration.

Program organiser, Mohd Firdaus Musni said that the programme was organised by My Alza Owner’s Club where they dubbed the programme as ‘Mega Teh Tarik Merdeka’.

“Several vehicle clubs here joined the programme and our objective is to strengthen the ties between club members.

“Our next programme is to organise a blood donation campaign with the health deparment here,” said Firdaus, who is also Labuan My Alza Owner’s Club chief.

Among the clubs joining the programme were My Alza Owner’s Club, Borneo Axia Community Crew, Mitsubishi ASX Malaysia Owners Club Labuan FT, Sabah BLM Community, M7MC, Borneo Livinians Community, Vios Owner Labuan Crew, SFC Labuan Team Crew, Nissan Almera Club Malaysia, Mystream, Myvi Borneo Labuan, K-car Family Club, Wira Owner Club Sabah, Kenarianz Labuan Scene, Saga Iswara Xtreme Owner Sabah, Lowprofile, Borneo Kelisa Club Labuan, Victoria Stance, Pajero Sport Club Labuan, Sabah Satria Crew and Nissan Livina Performance Club Malaysia.

All the vehicles gathered at Labuan Halal Hub before they continued their convoy to the Labuan Sea Sports Complex.
