BUKIT KAYU HITAM: A man was found dead with slash wounds beside the North-South Expressway heading towards Bukit Kayu Hitam near Kampung Padang Satu here, yesterday.
Kedah CID chief, ACP Mohd Nashir Ya said police found the the body of the man, in his 40s, who was hacked on the forehead, back of the head and both hands, after a tip off at 9.30am.
“There were no identification documents on the body.
“But we found a cellphone and hope it can shed some light on the identity of the man,” he said.
The body was sent to the Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital for a post-mortem. — Bernama
