KUCHING: Those interested to buy and own properties in Borneo Samariang Resort City (BSRC) better rush now.

This is because those who sign their Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) before Oct 1 will be entitled to free three-day two-night stay with breakfast, entries to two theme parks as well as an opportunity to dine with white lions at Bukit Gambang Resort City (BGRC) in Pahang.

In addition, those who visit BGRC will be entitled to a rebate of up to RM2,800 over the purchase price of a unit in BSRC subject to terms and conditions.

Sentoria Borneo Land Sdn Bhd assistant general manager for sales and marketing Mohd Danial Yoong yesterday told The Borneo Post that since the launch of BSRC here on Sept 12 about 60 per cent of the 428 units of their service apartment had been taken up.

“The response has been very encouraging and we are confident that the remaining units will also be taken soon so my advice to those interested is to sign their SPA before Oct 1 to be entitled for the offer which will only last until end of this month,” he said.

Yoong stated that BSRC is the second resort city developed by Sentoria Group Berhad (Sentoria) after Bukit Gambang Resort City (BGRC) in Kuantan, Pahang.

“With a development value of RM2 billion, BSRC is a 500-acre resort city that will consist of an international standard water themed park, safari park, hotel with meeting, incentives, conference and exhibition (MICE) facilities officially launched here on Sept 12.

“There are two types of service apartments available during the launch – Studio Apartment as well as the two-bedroom Family Suite. With a starting price of RM178,800 for the studio unit and RM278,800 for the family suite, the units will also come with a nine-year Guaranteed Rental Return (GRR) of RM900 per month for the studio unit and RM1,400 per month for the family suite. Together with the GRR, unit owners are also entitled to a seven-day free stay annually at the resort,” he explained.

According to Yoong, stage one of SSRC development costing about RM500 million, is expected to be implemented progressively over the next three years which comprises 428 units of service apartment with clubhouse and swimming pool facilities.

“This resort city which is the first in the state is a replica of the existing BGRC and upon completion, BSRC will be a premier destination resort in Kuching, offering the most complete range of family oriented leisure attractions,” he disclosed.

He said for further enquiries, interested local and international buyers or investors can contact Sentoria’s sales office in Semariang at 082-882211 or visit their booths (No. 38 and 39) during the Sarawak Housing Development Association (Sheda) property exhibition to be conducted at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) next weekend.
