KUALA LUMPUR: Gas Malaysia Bhd has agreed on the terms of the construction of gas distribution pipeline and metering facilities for the supply of natural gas to Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd worth RM4.17 million. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, it said the supply of the natural gas to Honda would commence by July 2016.
Gas Malaysia said the transaction was entered into in the ordinary course of business and was undertaken on an arm’s length basis. — Bernama
