Borneo Real Estate promotes two projects

KUCHING: Borneo Real Estate is showcasing two newly launched projects, Vision Heights Phase 1 and Golden Palm by Hong Seng Construction Sdn Bhd during Sheda Property Expo 2015 beginning today til Sunday.

Vision Heights Phase 1 consists of 76 units of one-and-half-storey town houses and 35 units of double-storey terrace houses.

For the town houses, it has a build up area of 1,350 square feet for the lower floor and 1,500 square feet for the upper floor as well as lot size of 22×58 feet.

Currently, more than 50 per cent of Vision Heights Phase 1 have been taken up.

Meanwhile, the Golden Palm housing project consists of 50 units of double-storey terrace houses and 16 units of double-storey semi-detached houses.

Borneo Real Estate noted one of the key features of the houses at the project is its large size.

For the double-storey terrace houses, it has land area of approximately 4.8 points to 10.17 points. The terrace houses also have wall up area of 1,850 square feet to 1,915 square feet and ground build up are of 22 times 51 feet.

Each double-storey terrace house unit is priced from RM418,000. For the double-storey semi-detached houses, it has land area of approximately 8.32 points to 10.58 points.

The double-storey semi-detached houses have ground build up of 25’6×46 and 24’6×47’8 feet. Each unit is priced from RM555,000.

The Golden Palm housing project is strategically located at Mile 11 off the main Kuching-Serian Road – opposite the Road Transport Department (JPJ) headquarters.

It is designed with green concept in mind as designers took the extra effort to ensure sufficient natural air ventilation is allow to pass through windows to maximise natural cross ventilation.
