MIRI: Wisma 2 emerged champion to pocket RM2,000 in cash prize after defeating IPD Miri in the final of the 11-a-side Coneli 2015 Football League recently.
IPD Miri received RM1,500 cash while third place went to team Medical Miri for RM1,000 cash.
Organising spokesperson Lee Joon Siong said the league started since Aug 22 and ended last Sunday (Nov 22).
“It was an annual event organised by City Sports and Mutiara GTS and was participated by only government departments here,” he said here Tuesday.
Some 13 teams took part in league. Present at Sunday’s prize presentation was Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau.
