PUTRAJAYA: Three agencies under the Prime Minister’s Department will be able to save costs through the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS), including sharing the existing interview centres, whether at the headquarters or in the states.
The three agencies are the Public Service Commission (PSC), Education Services Commission (ESC) and Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (Mampu).
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Datuk Joseph Entulu Belaun, who is responsible for the three agencies, said they could also share ideas and expertise in boosting the use of the existing delivery systems at the PSC and ESC, with the cooperation and support of Mampu.
“I really hope the heads of department would ensure that each spending to be made is on matters and activities planned to have positive impact on the department and people at large,” he said in his 2016 new year message here yesterday.
