KUCHING: Seven hundred and sixty-five flood victims are being housed at seven flood relief centres in Sarawak.

Sarawak Civil Defence Department officer Siti Huzaimah Ibrahim said four relief centres were opened in Kuching and three in Bau.
“The relief centres in Kuching are at Dewan Serbaguna Taman Malihah (469), Dewan Sinaran Lumut Kampung, Sungai Lumut (28), Sekolah Rendah Chung Hua Sejijak (51) and Dewan Batu Kitang Jaya (29) flood victims.
Siti Huzaimah said in Bau, the relief centres where flood victims were evacuated are situated at the Dewan Serbaguna Kampung Pangkalan (64), Sekolah Kebangsaan Siniawan (70) and Masjid Darul Ehsan (54). — BERNAMA
