Datuk Dr Sundaran Annamalai
KUCHING: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has confirmed that the second body recovered from Sg Batang Lupar this morning belongs to Datuk Dr Sundaran Annamalai, the chief secretary of the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities.
He disclosed this to reporters at the Sarawak General Hospital mortuary at 3.30pm following the completion of the post-mortem.
The third body found today (May 7) is currently being examined to determine its identity.
Dr Sundaran was one of the passengers aboard the ill-fated Eurocopter AS350 helicopter travelling from Betong to Kuching on Thursday.
