KUCHING: A seven-member team from the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Yantai Municipal People’s Government paid a courtesy call on Kuching South City Council (MBKS) mayor Dato James Chan at his office in MBKS complex yesterday.
