Firemen are seen inspecting the car after they managed to put out the fire.
MIRI: A car caught fire near the Telang Usan roundabout on Wednesday night; fortunately no injuries were reported.
The car with Brunei registration plate number was seen burning around 8.40pm.
Nine firemen and a fire engine from Miri Fire and Rescue Department were dispatched to the scene upon receiving an emergency call on the incident at about 8.49pm.
They managed to put out the flames within 10 minutes after arrival.
It is believed that the fire started from the engine compartment of the car before it spread to the whole vehicle.
The actual cause of the incident is yet to be determined.
