KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Express Bus Operators Council (Seboc) praised the excellent achievement of express bus operators in Sabah for the zero accident record during the recent Ops Selamat in conjunction with Hari Raya.
Its president Datuk Donald Hanapi said the Ops Selamat was held from June 29 to July 14.
“With the zero accident record, we are on top compared to the other states in Malaysia.
“We are happy to announce that the zero accident record was our aim from the beginning, and bus express operators were able to achieve such achievement, which we believe will help us to convince the public to have confidence in the express bus service in Sabah.
“We are hoping the operators will always make zero accident record as their priority at all times, to ensure bus express will always be the top choice of our passengers” he said.
Ops Selamat was an integrated operation held during the Hari Raya with the collaboration between Road Transport Department (JPJ) and Sabah Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board (CVLB).
