KUCHING: CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd (CMS Property), the property division of Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS) unveiled its exclusive high-end semi-detached houses, Rivervale Residences located at Stutong here.
The double-storey semi-detached houses is divided into two types, Type A- with land points size of 9.78 points and Type B with land points size of 8.89 points.
Currently the property developer is showcasing its latest project which has limited units available for keen purchasers.
Excited with the prospect that Rivervale Residences could bring to potential buyers, CMS Property senior sales and marketing manager Gary Kho in a statement said Rivervale Residences is also gated and guarded, which provides security comfort to the community.

Besides that, CMS Property said the company is constructing two blocks of 14-storey condominium with more than 110 units next to its semi-detached houses.
The condominium is expected to be ready by the end of 2017 or early 2018.
