KUALA LUMPUR: Proton Holdings Bhd has introduced MyProton, a mobile application on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as an added convenience to Proton car owners.
In a statement, Proton said customers could use the app to make appointment to test drive Proton cars and car service, connect to Mobile Assist’s call centre, get information on all Proton models, be updated on current promotions and events and get the location of all Proton sales and services outlets.
Chief Executive Officer Datuk Ahmad Fuaad Kenali said considering customers’ increasing sophistication, the mobile app was a natural progression to connect with them more effectively.
“With MyProton Mobile App, our customers can now use their smart phones, amongst others, to make appointments to service their cars and to test drive Proton cars,” he added.
In the next phase of its development, the app would provide easy access for customers to check their car booking status, view their car service history and get reminders for their next car service. – Bernama
