KUCHING: The Association of Wives of State Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Members of the State Legislative Assembly (Sabati) brought festive cheer to Sarawak General Hospital by distributing goodie bags to patients in the Paediatric Wards yesterday.

Sabati president Datin Patinggi Datuk Amar Jamilah Anu presented a RM5,000 donation to the hospital and 10 reclining chairs for mothers to sleep on while accompanying their children.

“Sabati’s mission is to assist not only those in need but also those who dedicate their lives to help those in need,” she said.

Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg’s wife Datin Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang was present.
