ML Educational Services education fair to visit Kuching, Miri and Kota Kinabalu

SIBU: ML Educational Services Sdn Bhd is holding a 3-day East Malaysian education fair starting Dec 9.

The fair will kick off at Grand Continental Hotel in Kuching from noon to 4pm on Dec 9 before moving to Grand Palace Hotel in Miri from 1pm to 5pm on

Dec 10, concluding at the Promenade Hotel in Kota Kinabalu from 1pm-5pm on Dec 11.

Admission to all the venues is free.

A spokesman asked students to bring their forecast or actual (SPM, UEC STPM, Diploma) results for on-the-spot registration.

“The ML education fair will provide you with professional assistance and guidance in sorting through your options to find the right institution and course. Students and parents are invited to meet the counsellors and education providers’ representatives.”

He said the participants included representatives from universities in Ireland and Canada as well as institutions in Malaysia.

“These representatives will provide information on courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, future prospects, scholarships and accommodation arrangement. ML education fair is providing information for a variety of courses such as medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, Chinese medicine, nutrition, nursing, engineering, accounting, business management, architecture, quantity surveying, law, psychology, mass communication, hotel management, tourism, culinary art, bakery, multimedia, computer science, art and design, music and more.”

The participating institutions from Malaysia are KDU Penang University College, Asia Pacific University (APU), Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL), HELP University, International Medical College, Coventry University, University College of Technology Sarawak and GIST International College.

Participating institutions from Ireland are Dublin City University, University College Dublin, Institute of Technology Tralee, Dundalk Institute of Technology, GMIT, and Institute of Technology, Sligo.

The sole Canadian institution is the University of Manitoba.
