SIBU: Sibu Division Archery Association (SDAA) is organising the basic archery clinic today and Sunday at the Sibu Archery Centre at Wong King Huo Road.

Its secretary Eric Tiong said the clinic is opened to all students and members of the public.

“It is also one of the objectives of SDAA to develop, encourage and promote the sport of archery as our grassroots development plan,’ he said.

The clinic will be held from 9am to 5pm and certificates will be given to the participants upon completion of the course.

Fees for the two-days training course is RM80 it covers the basis shooting skills, refreshments and use of equipment.

Tiong said this clinic would be  the first  basic archery clinic conducted here.

“Hopefully, the young people who have an interest in archery can join us for the two-day clinic.”
