SHAH ALAM: Supporters of the Red Giants want the Football Association of Selangor (FAS) to be revamped to resolve the cufrrent crisis.
Federation of Selangor Supporters Clubs president Mohd Faizal Wahid said the revamp was neccessary so that only credible members were appointed to posts.
“Eleven Selangor supporters clubs urge that football is not politicised by people with vested interest,” he said after handing over a memorandum to Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, who is also FAS president, here today.
The memorandum was received by Shahril Said, a representative of the Selangor Menteri Besar’s Office. — Bernama
