TANJUNG, South Kalimantan: The Tabalong Social Agency has distributed capital assistance to 30 joint business groups (KUBE) in hoping to revive the local economy, AntaranewsKalsel reported.
The capital which fund from the 2016 National Budget (APBN), according to Head of Tabalong Social Agency Yuhani, is Rp20 million for each.
“The local government continues to revive the local economy, one of which with capital assistance for joint business group,” said Yuhani in Tanjung, Tuesday.
The biggest recipients of the capital was Banua Lawas Sub-district, which includes 15 villages, considering the number of poor families in this area quite a lot.
The assistance also channeled to the sub-district of Tanta, Pugaan, Tanjung, Haruai, Bintang Ara, Murung Pudak, Jaro, Kelua, and Muara Uya.
While in urban areas, capital injections given to five groups in the sub-district of Tanjung and three groups in Murung Pudak.
Among the beneficiaries was Kube PKH Mawas in the Puain Kiwa village with the type of business cultivation of catfish pond using tarp system.
The capital also given to goats breeding in the Kambitin Raya village and fattening cattle in the village of Kitang.
