“For Kuching, our iconic Naim Sapphire On The Park condominium development located within our Naim Kuching Paragon integrated development at Jalan Batu Lintang, and also our Naim Eduvista apartments at Kota Samarahan are great options for lifestyle and investment,” she said in a press statement yesterday.

She said Naim Sapphire On The Park’s three towers will enjoy an unrivalled location among mature residential and commercial enclaves.

“With a choice of built-ups, branded finishes, multi-tier security and more than 72,000 square feet of lifestyle facilities including Kuching’s first Olympic-sized saltwater swimming pool, it is the ideal choice for those intending to ‘live it up in style’.

“Due to the overwhelming response for its first tower, the Sapphire Classic, we will be featuring its second tower, the Sapphire Deluxe, with ready show unit for viewing on site.”

Naim Eduvista is located within the vibrant education belt comprising tertiary institutions with more than 15,000 students, and within close proximity to amenities such as medical centres and shopping mall.

It features a generous built-up area from 1,114 square feet, with three bedrooms and three washrooms, and is a guarded development, ensuring comfort and security.

In Miri, Ting said there is the Naim SouthLake Permyjaya development zone, and its Pusat Bandar shophouses.

“Spanning over 450 acres, Naim SouthLake Permyjaya is a chic and precinct-based development zone, comprising stylish residential and commercial components, providing an unrivalled lakeside living experience. Master-planned based on an appreciation for the environment, security and healthy community living, its main feature is a 30-acre lake which provides the community with boundless lakeside activities,” she said, adding that the

Pusat Bandar shophouses are highly sought after.

In Bintulu, Naim’s flagship integrated development is Naim Bintulu Paragon, which combines residential, business, retail and hospitality components in one place.

“It features various iconic components, such as Sarawak’s largest Street Mall, the innovatively-designed Small Office Versatile Office (Sovo), Sarawak’s tallest condominium tower called ‘The Peak’ and not forgetting Malaysia and Bintulu’s first ever Fairfield by Marriott upscale business hotel,” said Ting.
