KUCHING: Blocks 1, 2 and 3 have been completed at the P’ Residence project in the new growth node of Batu Kawah for the opening of ‘The Clubhouse’ at 2.30pm tomorrow (Jan 20).
The opening is expected to be officiated by Local Government Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian who is also Batu Kawa assemblyman and Batu Kitang assemblyman Lo Khere Chiang.
Developed by Tenaga Seri Wangsa Group’s Tenaga Stabil Sdn Bhd, the project’s Blocks 4, 5 and 6 are 70 per cent sold and under construction with estimated time of completion by next year.
“We are ready with two brand new show homes Zenfort and Euroneo style ready for viewing from Jan 20 to 22,” the group said in a statement yesterday.
It added that prospective homebuyers are welcome to drop by as there will be a special Chinese New Year offer. However limited units are available.
