LABUAN: A construction worker cheated death despite falling from over 50 feet from the top of a construction site in downtown yesterday.
The incident, believed to be work-related, occurred around 2pm at the construction site of a budget hotel.
The worker in his 40s was said to have suffered broken bones and sent to the hospital for immediate treatment.
Police classified the case as an accident in workplace.
