Manyin stressed great importance on the role of sports psychology and its impact on athletes to achieve their peak performances in training and competitions.

The minister congratulated Garry and Chin on their publication of the well-written book which he said would make a great contribution to how Sarawak will train its athletes in sports psychology to make Sarawak as the sports powerhouse in Malaysia.

This book is dedicated to equip the state athletes for optimum performance using a systematic approach in mental skills training in sports.
