South Tapin police confiscates thousands of Zeniths

BANJARMASIN, South Kalimantan: South Tapin crime detective police seized thousands of Zenit pills expected to be circulated in the district, AntaranewsKalsel reported.

“Thousands of hard and dangerous drug were successfully confiscated while we performed Operation code named Sikat Intan and Bina Kusuma,” said South Tapin Police Chief First Inspector (Iptu) Embang Pramono in Tapin, Thursday,

He said that for 15 days from April 15 to May 5, the ranks succeeded in securing six suspects related to the crime of possession and distributing the drug.

There are at least 1,500 pills Zenith drugs production of Charnopen and Dextro types and money amounting to Rp500 thousand secured from six suspects.

He said the six suspects secured were Bah (36), RS (25), Rah (27), Rmd (32), Zai (42), and AE (27).

In addition to thousands of G-class drugs, the South Tapin Police also managed to secure the perpetrators of bringing sharp weapons from the hands of F (21), and S (40).

With so many results of the operation, chief policeexpected the circulation of illegal drugs and narcotics in the sub-district can be reduced or even freed from future destructive drugs.

“We will continue to educate the public and students about the negative side of drugs that can destroy the future,” said the man who familiar with the media crew.

He also confirmed police will continue to act decisively and without compromise with the drugs, in South Tapin in particular.
