Hiew promises to upgrade Taman Luyang playground

KOTA KINABALU: The playground at Taman Luyang Phase 11  urgently needs upgrading due to it being water logged and its uneven surface which is impossible to walk on.

Luyang assemblyman Hiew King Cheu, together with Edward Ewol Mujie,  inspected the playground and found that the complaint received from a resident is valid.

The resident had said whenever it rained, the field became a pond due to poor drainage

Hiew promised to improve the situation so that residents can use the field again in the near future. At the same time he also will install some play equipment  for the children.

He said it was important for the people to contact him on any complaints and to request for him to be more effective to serve the people, especially on the use of the assemblyman’s small development fund.
