LIMBANG: Police cut-short a ‘Holo’ gambling session with the arrest of six men at Batu Danau area yesterday afternoon.
District police chief Supt Mohd Bukhori Saffai said his personnel conducted a raid on a premises and detained the gamblers around 1.55pm following a tip-off received.
“During the raid, cash amounting to RM155 and gambling paraphernalia were also seized,” he said.
Police are investigating the case under Section 7(1) of the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953.
