Razak City Residences offers strategic investment prospects

SIBU: A roadshow featuring Razak City Residences, Kuala Lumpur – a 12-block 48-storey condominium development project – will be held at the sales gallery in Star Mega Mall Sibu here from June 6 to 12, from 10am to 9pm.

I-Trust Realty sales and marketing executive Joshua Wong said there are 5,748 residential units – comprising two bedroom-two bathroom units, and three bedroom-three bathroom units – and 121 shop-office units available for sale.

The starting price for the two bedroom-two-bathroom unit with a size of 800 sq ft is only RM389,000 while the three bedroom-three bathroom unit with a size of 1,045 sq ft is priced starting from RM484,000.

Buyers also have the option to take up the furnished package, with each unit provided with built-in kitchen cabinets, a water heater, ceiling fan in the living room, fridge, built-in bedroom wardrobe, hob and hood, shower screen, washing machine, air-conditioner and television.

The site is strategically located and a mere seven minutes’ drive to the Kuala Lumpur city centre and facing Bandar Malaysia, with multiple train options (LRT, KTM, MRT, HSR) and accessible via three major highways, namely Sungai Besi highway (Besraya) linking to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, MRR2, Ampang and Genting Highlands; KL-Seremban highway linking to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Petaling Jaya and Sunway; and East-West Link Expressway linking to Mid-Valley Megamall, Bandar Sunway, KLIA, KLIA2, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

There will also be numerous retail shops as well as laundry service, a nursery, salon, cafeteria and mini market.

Wong said the project has started and will be completed by the year 2022.

The developer will bear the legal fees for the Sales and Purchase Agreement as well as for the loan. Maintenance fees will be paid by the developer for five years.

Booking is now open, with a booking fee of only RM5,000 for interested buyers. Bumiputera buyers will be given a five per cent discount on the selling price.
