MIRI: Bowling enthusiasts here are invited to take part in an 8-Pin Double Bowling Moonlight 2017 which will be held on July 7.
The event is organised by Megalane East Bowling (Megalane) and is open to bowlers with average 198 and below as well as beginners.
According to the spokesperson for Megalane Jestini Kaboh, national bowlers, former national bowlers, Sukma bowlers or former bowlers are not allowed to participate in the event.
The registration fee is RM120 per team of two persons and each team will play four games.
Champion of the tournament will walk away with a cash prize of RM800, RM500 (second), RM400 (third), RM300 (fourth), RM200 (fifth), RM100 (sixth) and RM50 (seventh).
Eighth to tenth place winners will receive free game vouchers. The top three teams will also receive a trophy each.
There will also be reward for best players. The Best Men and Best Women players will each receive RM50, while the second and third best men and women players will take home RM30 and RM20 respectively.
