KUCHING: Petra Bowlers are now in the driving seat as they lead the Megalanes Adventure World (MAW) 159 & Below Trios League at MAW, King’s Centre after five weeks of competition.
The team comprising Mohd Syawal, Irwandy Ann, Mohd Kasyfullah and Jeffrey Kaso have collected 177.92 Peterson points to enjoy a 11.55-point lead over RVS.
Petra Bowlers are also leading the Team High Game with 552 pins, Team High Series with 2,014 pins and Individual High Series through Kasyfullah with 750 pins.
In third place are Air Strike 2 with 160.29 points, followed by Gutter Gangs and White Shark in fourth and fifth spots with 150.86 points and 141.20 points respectively.
The teams occupying sixth to ninth positions are Mancai Bowlers, PBA Mix, Silent Killer and Baby Boss.
Mohd Haroun Ponik is still leading the Individual High Game after the fourth week with 224 pins.
Team champions will be rewarded with RM800 plus
trophy while the second to fifth place finishers will receive
RM350 plus trophy, RM250 plus trophy, RM150 and RM100 respectively.
Other awards include team high game, team high series, individual high game, individual high series and best ladies.
The competition is held every Sunday with the teams (3 bowlers) to bowl four games and all team have to play 10 matches including the Position Round.
