KUCHING: T-RUN 2.0, a road race jointly organised by Tea FM, Federation of Kuching, Samarahan and Serian Divisions Chinese Associations Youth Section as well as See Hua Daily News is set to flag off this Sunday (Sept 3) at 6am.

The 1,400 registered runners are invited to collect their race packs at the ground floor of Crown Towers between 9am and 7pm either tomorrow (Sept 1) or on Sept 2.

T-RUN 2.0 organising chairman Bryan Liew Yu Phin said this year’s run will feature renowned vegetarian chain Idealite as well as Little Mermaid among its sponsors.

“T-RUN 2.0 runners are entitled to RM20 worth of discount vouchers, which are redeemable at Idealite’s Rock Road and Vivacity Megamall Kuching branches.

“Besides that, Little Mermaid is also giving every runner a free food voucher, which can be exchanged for a bowl of shaved ice at their branch in Boulevard Shopping Mall here,” he said in a statement yesterday.

T-RUN 2.0’s main sponsor Yeo’s will also be providing Yeo’s Green Tea to every T-Run 2.0 runner to quench their thirst and stay motivated during the race.

Yeo’s is also sponsoring ten boxes of Yeo’s Juscool drink as well as lucky draw prizes on the day itself.

Sponsors for T-Run 2.0 include Julie’s Biscuits, Eagle Brand, Gree Air Conditioning, Life Cafe, Mee Daddy, Wanfa Fish Snack, Royal B Honey, Kor Store and Tempayan Restaurant.
