KUCHING: Youngster Mohd Arif Nashruddin overcame 21 other bowlers to win the 169 & Below Tay Motors Trios League Mini-Masters at Megalanes Sarawak, Batu Kawa on Tuesday night.
Arif knocked down a total of 1,193 pins over six games to finish 27 pins ahead of Patrick Naga.
Awangku Mustaqqim grabbed third place with his total of 1,148 pins while Mohd Zakba finished fourth with 1,137 pins.
Marcos Chang gathered 1,131 pins to finish in fifth place while Isman @ Osman Bin Sri managed sixth position after he collected 1,114 pins.
Andrew Dain, Adam Aman, Mohd Radzri Annuar and Nur Diyana Musa ended their challenge in seventh to 10th placings respectively.
The prize presentation for the league was held before the start of the Mini-Masters with Limited Legacy, PLPK Bowler & Hardcore crowned champion, first runners-up and second runners-up respectively.
