South Kalimantan Secretary Abdul Haris in Banjarmasin on Thursday said the provincial government has issued a governor letter of instruction to working units head (SKPD) to immediately conduct non-cash transactions in their respective working area.

Regarding the implementation, the governor in his letter of instruction suggests non-cash transactions to be applied gradually.

The goal, he added, is to improve the work culture for better accommodated local financial management.

Previously, the provincial government has signed a cooperation with the Bank Kalsel to implement the program.
