MIRI: Three Indonesian women sustained injuries in a single vehicle accident at Tudan Road here on Thursday evening.
Civil Defence Force (APM) Miri officer Capt (PA) Mohd Hazle Shah Abdul Hamid said APM personnel were rushed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 10.58pm.
“Upon their arrival, the squad checked on the situation at the location and found three Indonesian women who were victims of an apparent self accident.”
He said the trio were riding on a motorcycle where two of them were riding pillion.
The motorcyclist reportedly lost control of the machine before it skidded and crashed on the road shoulder.
The three victims who suffered minor injuries were later sent to the Miri Hospital for treatment.
