BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The Ministry of Health is constantly working to ensure products sold in the country, especially cosmetics and supplements are safe to use or consume Presently inspections are being conducted on shops and cubes outlets in order the ensure prohibited products are not sold to the public. Yesterday afternoon, the Minister of Health and a team from the Ministry conducted inspections at a number of business premises in Gadong, brudirect reported.
In an interview with RTB, Yang Berhormat Dato Paduka Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar reminded the cube shop owners and vendors to be more responsible and sensitive towards ensuring the goods sold are safe and do not violate laws and regulations. Products which have not been registered should be sent to the Ministry of Health for analysis.
