Yap said UMS is among the 12 out of Malaysia’s 20 public universities with a Medical Faculty, which requires a teaching hospital to provide students with a hands-on experience.

Yap said among the services that would be available are specialists, medical and nursing student learning centre, orthodontist, 24 hour emergency and trauma services, radiology center, dialysis center, physiotherapy and sports injury center and quit smoking clinic.
