MIRI: A foreigner succumbed to his injuries after apparently leaping from a moving vehicle in Bukit Limau, Lapok Tinjar on Monday.
The man, whose identity has not been established, was brought to Miri Hospital with head injuries following the incident, and passed away yesterday morning.
A photo of him lying on the ground was shared by netizens, with many saying he could have been a victim of a hit-and-run.
It is said that a small quantity of drugs was found inside the man’s pocket, which led to suspicion he might have been under the influence when he leapt from the moving vehicle.
