Police inspecting the partially burnt casket.
MIRI: A partially burnt empty casket was found in Kuala Baram around 10am today.
It is understood that the casket was found by a man whose orchard was located nearby.
He then alerted Miri police who arrived at the scene shortly after receiving the tip-off.
No body was found in the casket.
Several gloves were also found not far from the casket.
Police are investigating.
