KPK offers nine programs to prevent corruption in Tabalong

TANJUNG, S Kalimantan: The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) offers nine corruption prevention programs for the ranks of Tabalong District Government, South Kalimantan, in order to minimize the latent potential of corruption, AntaranewsKalsel reported.

“I would like to invite all parties to prevent corruption considering the impact is very detrimental to others and the state,” explained Functional Coordination and Supervision Prevention KPK Chandra Sulistio Reksoprodjo here on Monday in a coordination meeting for understanding and similar perception on the process of procurement of goods and services free of corruption.

Until the end of December 2017 as many as 688 corruption cases handled by KPK with the most mode of bribery, misuse of the budget, and the permit.

Although the number of corruption cases in South Kalimantan is low, he said, the nine supervision and prevention coordination (Korsupgah) programs should be implemented.

Nine programs offered include e-planning and e-budgeting, procurement of goods and services, one-stop integrated services (PTSP) and strengthening of government internal control apparatus (APIP).

Acting Regent Zony Alfianoor when opening this meeting asked the participants to understand the nine programs so that no abuse of authority or budget in their respective work environment.
