KOTA KINABALU: Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) president Datuk Seri Panglima Teo Chee Kang is considering not seeking for another term in the party election this year.
“The thought of not seeking re-election in the party election this year has come to my mind.
“However, I would only make the decision when the time comes.”
He said the party has suffered a total defeat in all the five constituencies its candidates contested.
“I think that is an honorable thing to do,” Teo said when asked the reason he did not wish to seek re-election as party president in a press conference on Friday night.
