TAWAU: Tanjong Batu assemblywoman Datuk Hamisa Samat thanked the people for their support and informed that that her struggles are not over because of the many people’s dreams she has to fullfil.
This dream, she said, cannot be achieved without the help of the government, as well as in Sabah and the Federal Government.
Hamisa said it does not cross her mind to betray the party that they have been proud of. But this migration is for the sake of championing the rights of the people and at the same time to realize the Tanjong Batu aspirations.
“I pray for the people of N59 Tg Batu, hopefully the almighty will simplify our struggle and what is promised will come true,” she said in a statement.
She said her heart, her soul, her struggles are only for the N59 people, Tanjong Batu.
Hamisa was one of the six assemblymen who left BN to join forces with Parti Warisan Sabah to form the new state government.
