KOTA KINABALU: Tan Sri Musa Aman is in denial and there is no constitutional crisis, said the new Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal.
Shafie reiterated that he does not acknowledge the current state cabinet and Musa as the Chief Minister.
“If only a person can accept this, if only a person can accept that he does not command the majority, there is no constitutional crisis.
The interpretation of law is quite clear,” he told the media during a press conference after returning to his Taman Golf View home after being sworn in as Chief Minister at Istana Negeri here late yesterday.
First in his agenda would be to create job opportunities for the people of Sabah and to ensure the people’s representatives would not be part of the Board of Directors or hold a position as chairman in any organizations.
He said he would reall like the representatives to really focus on serving the people of Sabah.
