KOTA KINABALU: The Supreme Council of the Solidarity Tanah AirKu Party unanimously agreed to fully support party president Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan’s decision to form partnership with Barisan Nasional (BN) to form a government on the condition that all the component parties must leave the coalition and their members join Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS).
This new alliance will be called Sabah United Alliance (Gabungan Bersatu Sabah).
According to party spokesperson Jeffrey Kumin, who is also the state information chief, the decision to support the president’s proposal was fully supported by all the supreme council members, division chairmen and recent party candidates after receiving a detailed explanation from the party’s president.
